The Journal of Neve Selcibuc and Reginald Campbell Thompson Sent to Backers

Backers of our Cthulhu Britannica: London Kickstarter at any reward level will have received a rather hefty treat in their inboxes last week – the second and third of our stretch goals, PDFs of The Journal of Neve Selcibuc and The Journal of Reginald Campbell Thompson.

Each of these Journals is a 64-page, digest-sized novella designed to accompany our recently released Call of Cthulhu campaign, The Curse of Nineveh. But, if you missed out on the Kickstarter, don’t worry – you’ll be able to pre-order your own copies next week.

The Journal of Reginald Campbell Thompson and The Journal of Neve Selcibuc are both novellas written and designed to resemble in-world artefacts. They go hand in hand with The Curse of Nineveh campaign, acting as a prologue of sorts – the former tells the tale of the expedition to Nineveh itself, the latter touches on the mysterious events that surround the expedition’s return before the investigators get involved.

Although they’re both great reads by themselves, they really come into their own if you’re a Keeper running The Curse of Nineveh as the journals both serve as handouts that you can hand to your players at the appropriate place in the story!

The Journal of Reginald Campbell Thompson is written by Mark A. Latham and The Journal of Neve Selcibuc is written by Paula Dempsey. Both Journals will be available to pre-order soon – keep an eye on the website for more information.
